A combat-sports-first agency, built from the gym up.

Undisputed Agency is the MMA branding agency I founded in 2024 — a brand-building studio for fighters, gyms, and combat sports brands. I built the agency, the brand, and the website from scratch. I run it solo, the same way I run everything else in my orbit: founder, designer, and operator in one chair. Live at undisputedagency.com.

01 / SELF-BRIEF

The Brief I Gave Myself

I'd been designing inside the MMA and BJJ world for years before Undisputed existed. Mat Viper, my own fightwear brand. Apparel for SB Fitness's school programs. Brand identity work for 10th Planet North Dallas. Posters for Submission Challenge that Eddie Bravo reposted on his channels. The work and the relationships were already there.

What I noticed across all of it is that fighters who need brand-building help almost never find a designer who actually trains, watches the sport, and understands what a fighter's brand has to do. They get marketing generalists who treat MMA like any other sport, or graphic designers who hand them a logo and a hex code and call it a brand. The result, almost universally, is fighter brands that look like everyone else's fighter brands — and that's the opposite of what a brand is supposed to do.

Undisputed Agency is the answer. A brand-building studio for fighters, gyms, and combat sports brands, run by someone who's already inside the community. Not a marketing agency that took an MMA client. A combat-sports-first agency, built from the gym up.

02 / APPROACH

The Approach

The principle the agency runs on is the same one I learned building Mat Viper: the fighter comes first, the brand comes from the fighter, and the brand isn't real until it's specific.

A graphic-first approach to fighter branding starts with what looks cool. Skulls, lightning bolts, aggressive italic type, gradient backgrounds. The result is interchangeable — the fighter's name on the chest could be replaced with a different fighter's name and the brand would be no different. That's not a brand. That's a costume.

Undisputed builds the other way. Every engagement starts with the fighter — their story, their fighting style, their unique selling proposition, the way their fans actually find them. The brand identity gets built from those specifics. The website, the social media voice, the content strategy, the graphic system — all of it lives downstream of who the fighter actually is. The work gets specific because the fighter is specific.

That sounds like agency-pitch language. It's an operational claim. Most agencies can't deliver it because they don't know the difference between a striker and a grappler, or why a Muay Thai fighter's brand should look different from a wrestler's. I do. The agency runs on that knowledge.

03 / SERVICES

What Undisputed Delivers

Brand identity for fighters

Every fighter Undisputed signs gets a complete brand identity — logo, typography system, color palette, voice, visual language. The deliverable is a brand the fighter can wear into the ring, post on social media, and put on their walkout banner without it looking like a generic template. That's the floor.

Website design and development

A fighter without a website in 2026 is leaving sponsorship money on the table. Undisputed builds custom, responsive websites that anchor the fighter's brand online — not a Squarespace template with a press photo dropped in, but a real digital home with the fighter's record, their content, their sponsors, and a contact path for the people who matter. Same approach to web durability that I take with my long-tenure clients elsewhere in the portfolio: built once, built right, hosted by me.

Knockout graphic design

Fight posters, walkout graphics, social media campaigns, sponsor decks, sponsorship pitch materials. The visual deliverables a working fighter actually needs across a fight cycle. Designed inside the brand identity so the whole communication system reads as one voice.

Storytelling and digital marketing

A fighter's story is the asset most of them undervalue. Undisputed builds the narrative — turning training footage, fight footage, and behind-the-scenes content into a brand presence that engages fans and attracts sponsors. The strategy is sport-specific because the audience is sport-specific.

04 / BUILD

Build & Implementation

The Undisputed website is custom-coded — single-page architecture, animation-driven section transitions, responsive throughout. The design language is intentionally aggressive in a disciplined way: bold display type, repeating-text marquee animations between sections, photography that lives inside the brand instead of decorating it. The site reads like the agency speaks.

I built the site solo. I built the brand solo. I write the long-form pieces that live on the agency's blog. The agency is run the way Mat Viper is run — every loop owned by me, every output mine to ship.

That's the strategic choice, not a limitation. An agency where one person is the founder, designer, strategist, and writer ships work that's coherent in a way distributed agencies usually can't. Every output is in the same voice because there's only one voice.

05 / RESULT

The Result

Undisputed Agency is operating. The first named client is Jade "Alabama Brackin" Brackin — and the Brackin engagement is a useful illustration of how the work compounds across my ventures. Brackin already has a signature Mat Viper apparel collection bearing his name; Undisputed is the home for the broader brand identity, web presence, and ongoing marketing infrastructure that surrounds it. One athlete, two of my studios, end-to-end coverage from product to brand.

That's the model. Undisputed isn't a standalone island; it's the brand-building tier of a larger ecosystem I've been operating inside for years. Fighters who work with the agency get a designer who's also a manufacturer, a content operator, and a community insider — not because Undisputed is trying to do everything, but because the working relationships are already there.

The agency is new. That's a feature, not a flaw. Everything Undisputed does in 2026 is being defined now, and a fighter who signs early gets the strategic attention only a small founder-led agency can deliver. The bigger agencies are bigger. They're not better at this category, because this category isn't bigger.

06 / NEXT

What I'd Do Next

The next chapter for Undisputed is depth, not breadth. More work shipped per fighter — fight-camp content packages, sponsorship pitch decks, walk-out video direction, full press cycles instead of one-off deliverables. The agency's structural advantage is that I can move at the speed a fight cycle actually moves, which most agencies can't. Building the service offering around that speed is the next quarter of work.

FAQ / BUYER QUESTIONS

What does an MMA branding agency actually do?

A real MMA branding agency builds brand identity, web presence, content strategy, and visual deliverables for fighters, gyms, and combat sports brands. The output is logos, websites, fight posters, social campaigns, and sponsorship decks. The actual product is a coherent brand.

How is Undisputed different from a general marketing agency?

A general marketing agency that takes an MMA client treats MMA like any other sport. Undisputed is combat-sports-first — every recommendation, visual choice, and campaign decision is made by someone who's inside the community and understands the audience.

Can you work with amateur fighters or only professionals?

Both. Amateurs benefit disproportionately from getting their brand right early, because the brand grows with them as their career grows.

Do you only work with MMA fighters, or also gyms and combat sports brands?

Fighters first, but the agency is built to work across the combat sports category — gyms, promotions, apparel brands, supplement brands, and anyone whose audience is the MMA, BJJ, kickboxing, or wrestling community.

How do I start working with Undisputed?

The first call is a fit conversation — understanding the fighter's story, their goals, and what brand-building work would actually move the needle. Engagements scale from focused brand-identity projects to full ongoing partnerships across a fight career.

Are you a fighter, gym, or combat sports brand looking for a designer who's already in the community?

Let's talk.
